Payment Terms and Conditions

By purchasing any products or services from JFSUR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED(JobFinSur)(“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following payment terms and conditions:

Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:

Pricing
All prices for products and services are listed in [INR] and are subject to change without notice. Prices applicable to your order are those in effect at the time of your purchase. Any applicable taxes, fees, or charges will be calculated at checkout and added to your
total.

Billing Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information, including your full name, address, phone number, and valid payment details. You are responsible for maintaining this information to ensure successful processing of your payments.

Subscription and Recurring Payments (Applicable for an year)
Services are to be offered on a subscription basis for an year since your enrollment date. By enrolling in a subscription plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the agreed-upon intervals (monthly). You may not be able cancel your subscription once initiated.
There is not cancellation policy available for an year.

Late Payments and Failed Transactions
If your payment method is declined or fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. If the payment is not successfully made within [7] days, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account or services.

Refunds or cancellations:
Once on-boarded, we carry a non refundable and no cancellation policy. Fully Review the services and conditions before you accept the terms.

Chargebacks
You agree to contact us in the event of any payment dispute before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to terminate your account and pursue legal action where applicable.
